#3 Measure EVERYTHING even condiments!
#4 Water and lots of it.
#6 STAMP MORE and stay out of the kitchen. ♥♥♥ this is my favorite!

#8 Keep it natural. I don't use any weight loss drugs or 'enhancers'.
#9 Sit down and eat.
#10 Put away all food off the counter after eating.
#11 Smaller plates.
#12 Don't keep junk food in the house!
