I'm down about 18 pounds since 1-1-11, I have about 93 more pounds to go. Same as you....111 in 2011. I started a digital scrapbook of my progress and photos of myself, and also a journal book that I keep. My goal is 9.5 pounds a month and I'm ahead of that, so I'm happy. I've lost a total of 24" off of my body and down 2 pants sizes. Whoo Hoo! I'm feeling great, and I'm sure you are too. :) Keep up the great work! In August, 2009, my husband was diagno...Dear Carla,<br />In August, 2009, my husband was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. He is off all medicine now, lost about 80 pounds, and we have both learned so much. To support him, I started testing my blood sugar on his schedule, and while I am normal, I have lost 38 pounds by eating to the meter and limiting the "bad" carbs. I also joined a gym, which I am not religious about because I have a bad stomach that keeps me housebound. My stamping room has been undergoing a serious transformation (another story), so I am a pretty busy camper. I have been stamping on my dining room table -- lots of baskets and running up and down stairs. Don't know if any of this helps you, but I have never replied to a blog before.
